We are Buried In Bermuda, an alt-rock band with an eclectic catalogue of original material. Songs that pack a punch with powerful vocals, killer riffs and unforgettable hooks, our tracks are guaranteed to get your attention, get you head banging or get you experiencing a deep sense of emotional thought.

 

Our ethos is to have hard hitting guitar and bass with meaningful and thought-provoking lyrics that are interpretive but always aim to captivate and include a message that hits home with the audience. We blend in various genres and influences such as metal, grunge, hard rock and indie rock but it’s always unmistakably us and our sound... Buried in Bermuda.

 

Formed in 2021 after a drunken chat in a pub, it was started from the ground up with a tiny bucket list. After a long hiatus due to COVID-19, we came back armed with new original material and a desire to get out there and play gigs. After our debut gig at The Fleece (Bristol), that tiny bucket list continues to grow.

 

LATEST ACHIEVEMENTS

 

• We recently launched 2 new singles firstly ‘Electric’. The music video was filmed at ‘Wake the Tiger’ WATCH HERE. Secondly ‘Wolves’ which was released 5th of June. We have an EP coming out later this year which we’re extremely excited for.

• Selected out of 1000s of bands to play and audition at The Pilton Stage for a chance to be in the line-up for The Glastonbury Festival Presents: Pilton Party 2024, it was an honour to be in front of judges from big festivals including Sir Michael Eavis.

 

• We played a 400 capacity SOLD OUT show at The Thekla, Bristol on Sunday the 7th of April 2024. All of the 150 early bird tickets sold out within a couple of minutes - making it the fastest-ever sell out for The Microdog final.

 

• Competed in multiple competitions the Station 18 Festival heats at Hangar 18, Swansea, the Metal 2 The Masses heats at The Cobblestones, Bridgwater and made it to the Final of the The Underdog: MicroDog competition.

 

• We’re set to play Keynsham Music Festival on the 7th of July and Northants Rocks Festival in Finedon on the Oakley Stage on Friday 26th July.

 

• We’ve made several Radio appearances and had multiple radio track plays across the UK.

 

• We have played the majority of venues in Bristol, along with many gigs across the UK including: London, Swansea, Pontypool, Gloucester, Bideford and Bath.
